The Plans Commission and Zoning Board of Appeals operate in conjunction with each other and meet once a month on the Second Thursday of the month at Village Hall, 7:00 PM.   The current Chairman is James Burke (left).  The Plans Commission and the Zoning Board of Appeals review issues pertaining to permits, zoning, special use permits, variance requests, new construction and similar issues.

Contact the Building Inspector, Ron Walls at 245-4803, for more Information regarding construction and renovations.  For new construction, manuals are available to builder's and developer's which contain important and valuable information about our community.
